With 10 selected women, we strengthen the economy of an entire village.

As a result, in a very poor village we selected, we are choosing ten women who, strengthened by our guidance, want to start a project with us for 5 years. They prepare a plot of land for cultivation. After inspection by us, they receive seeds as a one-off payment. We will sell the harvest together, and they receive 30 percent of the proceeds directly in their hands. We will reinvest 70 percent, initially in fruit trees, so that after 4 years they have an orchard with fruit for themselves and to sell. The following year, we will do the same and build a chicken coop and keep chickens. etc., etc., so that after five years they have a much better life! All this simply by giving seeds once and providing good guidance. How cool is that! Why women? Due to the strong traditional division of labor, women bear the greatest burdens: they are largely responsible for food production, fetching water, gathering wood, cooking, and the family. They therefore know better than anyone what is going on.
